2019 will see the implementation of a strategic alliance between Shangu Tex Ltd., Shanghai Liu Sun Enterprise Co., Ltd. and further collaboration with Shanghai Hua Shin. Shanghai Liu Sun Co. Ltd. has been involved in the production of swimwear, active-wear and sleepwear for decades. They will provide the technical and process relevant expertise required to develop a world class production facility capable of producing top quality products. This particular facility will be dedicated to the production of Sleepwear, Active-wear and Swimwear. When running at capacity, the facility will be capable of manufacturing 1 million to 3 million units annually, depending on style complexity. The new facility will encompass an area of 25000 sq. ft., retrofitted with the latest in sewing technology. The future for this strategic partnership is promising. We seek to deliver quality goods at large volumes to worldwide brands with the cooperation of Shanghai Liu Sun Enterprise Co. Ltd. The 25000 sq. ft. of space assigned to the production of lingerie and active-wear, will come equipped with the latest in line of 110 machines. This includes 3 knife cutters, 2 fabric cutters, 1 fabric inspector, 32 plain machines, 22 over-lock machines, 2 bartack, 20 flatlock, 11 elastic transfer machines and more. The floor will be staffed with 125 veteran operators and supervisors, each with an average of 6 years’ experience in garments manufacturing and quality maintenance. Some of currently satisfied customers include Lane Bryant, Catherines, Loft, Justice and Dressbarn. We look forward to adding more clients to this growing list.
