Mrs. Hasina Mannan came into active duty as Managing Director in January 2010 because of the untimely demise of our Chairman. Under her leadership, Shangu Tex Limited has expanded from 11 Production lines to 26 Production Lines. Actively serving as Managing Director, Mrs. Mannan has taken bold steps in making bringing Shangu Tex from a small garments manufacturer to a 1 million piece a month manufacturing giant.
Serving as Deputy Managing Director since January 2019, Maheer Mannan has taken steps to change and implement updated production and information systems into the company. He has served as the director from late 2017 and has had a hands on approach to modernising all the systems of Shangu Tex Limited.
Eng. Yunus Ali is one of the initial investors in Shangu Tex Limited. Currently he is active as a director, overseeing the overall production, finance and expansions of the company. He has been active since 2010.
With more than 30 years of experience in the garments industry, Mr. Nurul Huda is one of the cornerstones of Shangu Tex Limited. He has been active as Executive Director for more than 10 Years until January 2019 when he moved to an advisory role. He has overseen developments of multiple companies in his distinguished career.
One of the fathers of Shangu Tex Limited, Mr. Nazam Uddin has been with the company since its inception in 2001. He has served as the Production Director before being promoted to a more prominent role in early 2019. A master technician of production, Mr. Nazam Uddin is completely responsible for all production of the company.
Involved with Shangu Tex from 2008, Mr. Rashid Ahamed is an expert in commercial and marketing of Readymade Garments. With more than 25 years of experience in the garments trade, Mr Rashid Ahamed has been one of the cornerstones of the company. He is actively involved with the marketing, purchasing and commercial aspects of the company.

Been involved with Shangu Tex since 2010, Mr. Mohiuddin is responsible for the entirety of Shangu Tex Limited Unit - 1. He overlooks Production, Finishing, and Shipments for our mother factory.
